Plushies
Welcome to my Plushies! thread. One of my current hobbies is making plushies. If you think they are cute, please let me know. Comments make me happy and productive. If there is something in the GW world you think would make a cute plushie post it and I will see if its something I think I want to try. I started a deviantART page which I'm slowly filling up with my plushies and other creations.
I am willing to make plushies for others, pm me to discuss further. You can reach me by forum pm or try to catch me in-game. Please keep in mind prices will reflect cost of materials and the time each plushie takes. Disclaimer: This is a fan made product, is not officially endorsed, is not meant for small children, is surface clean only (no machine washing), and is its own work of art!
UPDATE: Due to multiple suggestions I have caved in and made an Etsy account.

Black Moa Chick v1.0

While searching for Yakkington fabric I found this stuff just perfect for a Black Moa Chick. I can make these in white and medium brown also.
-------------------------
Yakkington v1.0

Fleece version. A long haired version is in the planning stage, when I get money to order the fabric.
-------------------------
In response to my daughter's constant "Can I see Gwen-chan?" Left is v1.2, after I shortened the neck and legs. Right is v2.0 (this is what orders will look like.)
---------------
Nian 1.0

My attempt at a Nian. I will NOT do this as a commission unless a really good bribe is offered. Sewing on all that yarn just took too long to do.
------------
Zinn puppet

My Muppets styled puppet of the npc Zinn. Being used in my 2009 Halloween entry.

Gwempkin

Chibi-Spock

Custom job for my sister's birthday

Cute!
I want one. I recently learned how to make plushie dolls like that. I really should make one for myself...

It's not Gwen-chan, but Chibi Gwen! I don't remember her having big buttons. BTW, add push to make it playing flute feature.

For comparison:
The Gwen Doll is a miniature version of the april fools' Gwen, also refered to as "Gwen-chan" or "Chibi Gwen".

That is way too good, I can barely tell the difference between the picture of the doll you made and the computer generated one! Only real difference I see is the backdrop and lighting!

I shortened Gwen's neck and legs a bit (ok, almost 2 inches worth) and I think it looks better now. If I made a second one I'm sure it would be much better, but I don't really need two Gwens. Off to make a chibi-Spock for my sister.

Edit: Finished Chibi-Spock today.

I am 90% done a mini-Chibi-Gwen, its about 6 inches tall. Cant decide if I should do the eyes like the larger one or maybe like the Spock. I'm having too much fun making these...

3" and 9" Gwens just to see how they would turn out. (Camera angle makes the sizes look so off.) I ended up making the bodies bigger than ingame proportions and the planned 6" doll turned into 9". Smaller things are so much harder for me to do... I cut some corners on the 9" so don't like it quite as much as the larger one. Smaller one is made of Crayola Model Magic.
And I am starting on a Yakkington this week. It won't be an exact replica of ingame, going to have to take some artistic license with it.
